1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 99taya platform (the "Platform"), including but not limited to the website located at https://99taya.cam and any associated mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

99taya reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the 99taya Platform. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and at all times while accessing the Platform. Use of the 99taya Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is strictly forbidden. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

99taya operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that 99taya is subject to Philippine law and that any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To register an account on 99taya, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the information you have provided changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 99taya Platform. Creating multiple accounts, or attempting to create multiple accounts using different names, addresses, email addresses, or any other means to circumvent this restriction, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99taya reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, confiscate any funds or winnings contained therein, and permanently ban users found to be operating multiple accounts.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify 99taya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

99taya will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported to our customer support team immediately. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, and you agree to indemnify and hold 99taya harmless from any liability arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Verification

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, 99taya reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any user at any time. Such documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identification, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in suspension of your account and restriction of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functions until verification is satisfactorily completed. 99taya reserves the right to permanently close accounts that fail to complete verification or that provide fraudulent or falsified documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

99taya accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account status and payment method.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits are typically credited to your 99taya account instantly, although processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of your financial institution. 99taya does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose its own fees, for which 99taya is not responsible.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 99taya account at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 3.2 above; (b) you must have met all wagering requirements associated with any bonuses or promotions credited to your account; and (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100).

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by 99taya in writing. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within five (5) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours. 99taya reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

99taya does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal request per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawal requests within the same month may be subject to a processing fee as disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security and compliance reviews, which may result in additional processing time.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

99taya may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses") to users from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, which are disclosed at the time the Bonus is offered and accepted.

By accepting a Bonus, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing that Bonus. Failure to comply with Bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it. 99taya reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of Bonus terms, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple Bonuses, colluding with other players, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus offers.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses offered by 99taya are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (or the Bonus plus deposit amount) before the Bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are disclosed in the Bonus terms and may vary by game type. For example, slot games may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute 10% or less. It is your responsibility to review and understand the wagering contribution percentages before accepting a Bonus.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All users of the 99taya Platform must engage in fair play at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in games where such activity provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage or unauthorized winnings;
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment reversals, or use of stolen payment methods;
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward other players, dealers, or 99taya staff in chat functions or any other communication channel.

99taya reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of fair play rules and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or permanently closing accounts, confiscating funds and winnings, and reporting suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

6.2 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 99taya Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanisms that have been independently tested and verified for fairness by accredited third-party auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be manipulated by 99taya or by players.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes, 99taya reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to affected players. 99taya is not liable for any losses or lost winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or communication failures beyond our reasonable control.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99taya, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, even if 99taya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall 99taya's total aggregate liability to you for all cl aims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount you have deposited into your 99taya account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and 99taya. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, 99taya reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the 99taya Platform are the property of 99taya or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99taya.

11. Termination

99taya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 99taya, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and may be required to withdraw your remaining account balance, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
